Shipping Policy

Your purchase will be shipped within one to two weeks. If you would like your item shipped faster, you can contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Postal shipping is within Canada only.

Collect your order in person

If you live near the workshop, in Gaspésie, it is possible to pick up your order directly on site. To do this, you must select the "pick up in person" option when making the online purchase. It is important to arrange an appointment with the seller before picking up your purchase.

Refund Policy

Returns: Returns will be made in the form of exchange or purchase credit. No refunds. Returns are only possible within 48 hours of receiving your order, as ceramic is fragile and accidents are common and are not the seller's responsibility.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.

If the item was damaged or lost in the mail, the buyer is eligible for a purchase credit of the same value and the shipping costs are free. Only items shipped with a tracking number are eligible for a return or credit. Contact me as soon as you notice that the package is late so that I can trace it.
